The Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) invites Tenders for the construction of the Shingle Spit Boat Launch on Hornby Island, BC. The work includes, but is not limited to:

  • Demolition and removal of existing infrastructure as required.

  • Excavation and site preparation for the new boat launch.

  • Installation of pre-cast concrete ramp planks and abutment structures.

  • Supply and installation of steel framing, pile-supported floats, and associated marine hardware.

  • Erosion and sediment control measures.

  • Site grading, access improvements, and related civil works.
